*I offer two types of buttercream here at Palate of Paradise - Swiss Buttercream and American Buttercream. Swiss Buttercream is meringue-based, has a very light, smooth texture, and is not overly sweet. American Buttercream is a more commonly used buttercream that is very sweet and very dense. Please let me know which one you prefer when placing your order.
